Security Checks

Whitebaaz reserves the right to carry out security checks on a random selection of orders each day. Whilst in most cases this should not affect the dispatch of an order, we must advise that security checks require the Customer Relations team to contact the customer, and should we not be able to reach you, your order may be delayed

Account And Password

• You will need to register an account with us on the Website in order to access certain services available on the Website (“Account“). In order to register for an Account, you must be at least 16 years of age. Once you register an Account, you will be a “Registered User“.
• If you register an Account, you will be asked to provide certain information (such as your email address) and to create a password, as part of our security procedures. You must treat the password as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party.
• We have the right to suspend any Accounts and/or passwords, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms. Any such suspension will be lifted in case the reason for the suspension has been removed.
• If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your Account login details, you must immediately notify us at info@whitebaaz.co.uk
• You are responsible for any unauthorised use of your Account login details, unless this is not caused by your negligence.

Fraud

Whitebaaz will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.

Pricing And Payment

Prices throughout the Website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Prices include VAT. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods (and will be clearly indicated on your order check out page). Prices quoted on the Website are applicable exclusively to goods purchased through this Website.
